岗位职责
- Assist Technical Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
- Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
- 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) software such as AutoDesk Revit MEP to modeling the M&E services and Revit Architect to do an Interior Design.
- Able to understand C&S drawings, M&E drawing, Architectural
- Coordination with Sub-Contractors due to design change, casting plan, ordering material and so on.
- Familiar with rebar design, change of lifting beam bolting, diversion of drainage system, etc. Communicate with Consultant.
- Provide Site Surveying Drawing by make use site coordinates.
