FP&A Associate Director | Manufacturing | West | Up to $18,000/month

Our client is a multinational organisation with a strong presence across multiple markets. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a senior finance leader to take ownership of the global FP&A function and partner closely with business and regional leadership.

Your new role

As the Global FP&A Head, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, business performance and decision support across the organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across different regions and functions, providing insights that support profitable growth and operational efficiency.

• Lead the annual planning, long-range planning and rolling forecast processes across the business, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
  
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews, analysing key financial and operational drivers including revenue, margin, profitability, working capital and cash flow.
  
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support commercial decisions, pricing, investments and strategic initiatives.
  
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities and areas for performance improvement, translating financial data into actionable insights,
  
• Lead the FP&A team and drive improvements in reporting, automation, processes and forecasting discipline across the organisation.
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• CA, CPA, ACCA or MBA in Finance with 10-15 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in FP&A, business finance and management reporting within a multinational environment.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering or other operationally complex businesses will be advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint skills, with exposure to ERP and BI/reporting tools.
• Proven experience in people leadership and senior stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively across regions and functions.
• Commercially minded, analytical and hands-on, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across different time zones.
