We're Hiring: Marketing Executive (Digital, Traditional & E-Commerce)

About Duck Learning At Duck Learning, we bring hands-on STEAM education, robotics, and creative learning tools to schools, retail partners, and families across Singapore and South East Asia. We are looking for an adaptable, multi-talented Marketing Executive to build brand awareness, drive e-commerce sales, and support integrated marketing initiatives across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Content: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search/Shopping), manage social media channels, create engaging content, and optimize email marketing newsletters.
• Traditional Marketing & Events: Design print collaterals (catalogues, flyers, banners), coordinate trade shows, oversee educational workshops, and manage school outreach events or in-store retail activations.
• E-Commerce Marketing & Support: Drive traffic and conversions for our Shopify site and marketplace stores (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) through strategic promotion planning, campaign visual assets, SEO optimization, and listing support.
• Brand & Campaign Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics across digital channels and marketplace dashboards, adjusting strategies to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in integrated marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios/internships are welcome to apply).
• Digital & E-Commerce Skills: Experience running paid ad campaigns, operating social media platforms, and executing promotions on Shopify or major marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee/Amazon).
• Creative & Technical Toolkit: Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and basic web/email analytics tools.
• Attributes: Strong written communication, creative eye for visual presentation, and a passion for education or tech product marketing.

Pay: $2,266.34 - $3,500.00 per month
