Job Summary:

We’re Seeking Helpdesk Support Engineer to support our team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of a growing company. Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT portfolio operations, including subscriptions, billing, funding, procurement, utilization, and payment reconciliation.

• Coordinate TSM operations, service requests, quotas, site operations, escalations, staffing, contracts, funding, and transition continuity.

• Oversee COMET Mobile and device operations, including procurement, configuration, onboarding, handover, replacement, reassignment, and termination.

• Support service flexibility and security controls, including user eligibility, approvals, provisioning, and access/whitelisting governance.

• Maintain operational trackers, SOPs, RACI matrices, process flows, and handover documentation.

• Coordinate with GovTech, EUSS, TSMs, Service Reps, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Technical teams to drive actions to closure.

• Identify process gaps, operational risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities and coordinate implementation with relevant stakeholders.
