Join Yamazaki Mazak Singapore's Design & Development team and contribute to the design, customization, and continuous improvement of advanced CNC machine tools and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems, control panels, wiring schematics, and electrical BOMs for CNC machines and automation equipment.
• Support machine customization, retrofit projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and machine safety systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and controls-related issues during machine build and commissioning.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Global R&D teams to deliver robust engineering solutions.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant industrial automation, controls, or machine design experience are preferred.
• Exposure to PLCs, industrial automation, electrical schematics, or CNC machine controls will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
