Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive will promote ACTERM’s services, solutions, and programs to healthcare institutions, research organizations, and industry partners. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting sales meetings and presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role also involves preparing proposals and quotations, tracking sales activities and performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and participating in events, conferences, and networking activities to expand ACTERM’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in relationship-building, client communication, and stakeholder management to engage with healthcare, academic, and industry partners.
- Proficiency in sales prospecting, pipeline management, and closing techniques, with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports, with solid business writing and presentation skills.
- Understanding of healthcare, biotechnology, or medical devices sectors; familiarity with regenerative medicine or tissue engineering is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities for developing tailored solutions and handling complex client requirements.
- Comfort working in an interdisciplinary environment and collaborating with scientific, clinical, and administrative teams.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required for client visits and events.
