Duties and Responsibilities
:
Oversee and manage assigned outlets, including operational planning, manpower planning and overall outlet performance.
Complete intensive operational training at designated outlets within the stipulated timeline, including shift work as required.
Assist Management in establishing and developing operating policies, systems and processes to support the organization's continued growth and operational scalability.
Monitor and drive the sales performance of assigned outlets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate action plans.
Attend regular operational meetings to review performance, address operational issues and implement solutions to support sustainable business growth.
Conduct regular Outlet Examinations and training programmes to assess operational standards, support staff development and facilitate promotion readiness.
Participate in investigations relating to customer complaints, particularly those involving service standards and product quality, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Review the performance of Store Managers and outlet employees, provide constructive feedback and implement corrective or improvement measures where necessary.
Monitor and manage outlet operating expenses and inventory usage to ensure effective cost control and operational efficiency.
Develop, motivate and retain subordinates, particularly high-performing employees, to support their career development and achieve the required quality, productivity and performance standards.
Provide operational support to outlets when required, including assisting with manpower shortages and other urgent operational needs.
Lead or support operations-related projects, including new product testing, supplier and vendor management, POS system training and other initiatives that contribute to business development and operational improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidates possess a Degree in any field is preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant management experience, preferably in the beverage or F&B chain industry.
Willingness to undergo intensive outlet-based training to gain a thorough understanding of the Company’s operations, SOPs and service standards.
Passionate about the F&B industry, with a strong interest in outlet operations and operational processes.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Resilient and adaptable to changes, with a positive attitude towards new challenges and responsibilities.
Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Service-oriented, with strong time management, organizational and project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
