About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at Servay Supermarket Sdn Bhd, based within the Ketiau–Papar area, Sabah.This full-time role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a wide range of administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems

• Handling correspondence, drafting documents, and providing general administrative assistance to the team

• Assisting with data entry, maintaining databases, and generating reports as required

• Handling logistics, such as coordinating travel arrangements and ordering office supplies

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Supporting special projects and events as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

• A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
