Our client is a mission-driven non-profit in Singapore focused on workforce development, lifelong learning, and building a resilient, future-ready workforce through strategic collaborations.
Job Scope:
Coordinate and administer programmes in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.
Administer grant-related processes including claims review, salary support verification, and employer enquiries.
Monitor submissions, consolidate reports, and maintain accurate programme records.
Track claims, support audits, and contribute to SOP enhancements for efficiency and service quality.
Provide operational support for projects/events and assist senior management with ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
Min GCE 'N' Levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Working Location: Central
Salary: $2,800
