JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales Support & Order Management

Support sales order and contract processing in coordination with the sales manager

Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery timelines, and pricing

Liaise with overseas teams on product availability and order fulfillment

Prepare customer quotations and relevant sales documents

2. Logistics & Documentation

Coordinate with overseas team timely delivery and export documentation

Ensure all export documents are correctly prepared and submitted

Track shipments and proactively update customers on delivery status

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations across Asia markets

3. Customer Service & Coordination

Act as a key support contact for customers and regional sales managers

Handle day-to-day inquiries and customer feedback professionally

Support planning for customer visits, samples, and trade events

Assist in generating sales reports and tracking performance data

REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields

2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or export administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM, and ERP systems

Strong English & Mandarin communication skills (written and spoken)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
