Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning and design implementation of analog/mixed-signal circuit solutions, performance optimization, simulation verification, and testing-related work
Responsible for the design of high-performance, ultra-low voltage custom circuits under advanced processes. Able to deliver integrable digital units or modules based on specific PPA requirements, starting from transistor selection, layout effect analysis, and unit logic merging and simplification, with a focus on underlying optimization thinking
Responsible for the hardware design and debugging of switch-mode power supplies, solving hardware technical issues during product development and mass production stages
Multiple tasks including but not limited to: design of commonly used analog chips or IP, transistor-level circuit design and simulation, layout planning and design, timing library characterization extraction, and custom design of SRAM/DRAM/RRAM; development of chip design processes, In-House EDA tool development, and tracking and optimization of chip yield; principle evaluation, design, and testing verification of circuit systems for products; completing or assisting in PCB layout design
Requirements
Recent graduates or those who graduated within the past two years with a master's degree or higher in fields including but not limited to Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Science and Technology, Microelectronics, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, or Materials Science and Engineering
Excellent academic performance, with a strong curiosity, learning ability, and knowledge transfer capability in new areas and related professional fields
Understanding of the IC development process, with a certain theoretical foundation in digital circuits, practical skills, and innovation ability
Familiarity with the working principles of microprocessors, with a solid foundation in analog circuits, digital circuits, electromagnetic fields and microwaves, and signal processing. Experience in single-board hardware design, simulation, implementation, and debugging is preferred
In-depth understanding of the working principles and control methods of various power supply topologies, familiarity with the design, selection, and application of core components such as magnetics and power devices. Experienced in power supply design, development, and debugging is preferred
