岗位职责
Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Evaluate and analyze tender submissions from contractors and suppliers.
Manage project cost control and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and assess progress claims,variation orders, and final accounts.
Handle contract administration in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
Conduct site measurements and valuations of work done.
Liaise with clients, consultants,subcontractors, and suppliers.
Identify cost risks and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Maintain proper documentation of all project and contractual records.
Ensure compliance with contractual,legal, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying
Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Good communication skills
Independent & responsible for the construction project assigned
Resourceful & maintain good relationship with sub-contractors
Other:
Working Day: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)
Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur) 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri) 8.00am to 12.00pm (Sat)
Work Location: 24/26 Tuas Avenue 2
Transport Provided near Choa Chu Kang MRT & Boon Lay MRT
