ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

A leading A1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Engineer to support the delivery of major building developments in Singapore. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in the coordination and execution of Mechanical & Electrical works, working closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure M&E services are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinate and manage M&E works throughout the construction and installation stages.
• Monitor M&E progress, schedules, technical submissions and site activities. 
• Coordinate M&E services with structural, architectural and other construction works. 
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams. 
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical submissions. 
• Identify and resolve technical, coordination and installation issues. 
• Monitor testing, commissioning, inspections and handover activities. 
• Ensure M&E works meet project quality, safety and statutory requirements. 
• Support the M&E Manager and project management team in overall project delivery. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Strong experience in M&E works for building construction projects. 
• Main Contractor experience in Singapore will be highly advantageous. 
• Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical and building services installations preferred. 
• Good knowledge of M&E drawings, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning. 
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving capabilities. 
• M&E Engineers with strong relevant experience who are ready to progress into a senior position are also encouraged to apply.
