Profile we are looking for:
We’re looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. If you are looking for a career in the Built Environment, this is a good place to start.

What You’ll Do

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope and requirements
• Develop accurate cost estimates and conduct detailed cost analyses for various construction projects to support budgeting and financial planning
• Measure quantities and compile precise Bills of Quantities (BQ) to facilitate transparent and effective tender submissions
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and compare quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and timely procurement for tender packages
• Prepare comprehensive tender packages including pre-qualification documents, clarifications, evaluations, and reports, delivering insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
• Participate in site showrounds to gain practical understanding of project conditions and requirements, enhancing accuracy in cost and quantity assessments
• Apply strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project budgets effectively
• Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills and technologies relevant to quantity surveying and cost management

Profiles we are looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or tendering; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Quick learner and willingness in exploring new skill sets/technologies
• Strong communication as this will be a front-facing role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
