Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation on takaful and financial planning solutions.
• Assist clients in planning for medical protection, income protection, hibah and savings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Recommend suitable protection plans based on clients' financial needs and financial goals.
• Participate in training, coaching and professional development programmes.
• Manage and follow up with propective clients in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum Spm / Diploma qualification.
• Malaysian citizen ONLY.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Passionate about helping people and building a meaningful career.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
