Key Responsibilities

· Lead the SCM workstream covering:

Ø SAP MM Purchasing (MM-PUR)

Ø Inventory Management (MM-IM)

Ø Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)

· Define and guide how the business should operate its SCM processes in the new S/4HANA system.

· Act as the main point of contact/accountability across the SCM consulting team.

· Lead end-to-end SCM master and transactional data validation from the business/client perspective.

· Validate and ensure the quality of:

Ø Material Master

Ø Vendor/Supplier Master

Ø Batch and Serial Number data

Ø Warehouse stock balances

Ø Open Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs)

· Define data cleansing rules and work with the data migration team to resolve data-quality issues.

· Perform data reconciliation and provide sign-off on migration results.

· Lead UAT, EUT, and cutover activities for the SCM workstream.

· Validate migrated data during testing and cutover, including data freeze and reconciliation activities.

· Coordinate and quality-check the work delivered by other SCM consultants.

· Work closely with business stakeholders, data migration teams, and technical teams to resolve complex SCM issues.

Key Skills to Look For

· SAP S/4HANA SCM

· SAP MM – Purchasing (MM-PUR)

· SAP MM – Inventory Management (MM-IM)

· SAP WM / EWM

· Greenfield S/4HANA implementation experience

· SAP Data Migration & Data Validation

· UAT / EUT / Cutover experience

· Master & transactional data knowledge

· Oil & Gas / Upstream industry experience

· Team coordination / workstream leadership
