Handle
monthly payroll processing
using
Info-Tech payroll system
.
Manage
S Pass applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations
.
Maintain accurate employee and work pass records.
Handle
CPF, leave, attendance, claims and other payroll matters
.
Support employee
onboarding and offboarding
.
Respond to employees on payroll and HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with
MOM and statutory requirements
.
Provide general HR administrative support as required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
HR, Business Administration or related field
.
2 years of HR experience
, with hands-on payroll experience.
Experience in an
engineering environment
preferred.
Familiar with
Info-Tech payroll system
.
Good knowledge of
S Pass applications and MOM processes
.
