Requirements

•         Previous coaching, customer success, education, training, or client relationship experience is an advantage.

About the Role

Leadership Management Malaysia (LMM) is looking for passionate individuals who enjoy helping people achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.

As a Course Coach, you will guide participants throughout their learning journey, helping them apply what they learn into meaningful results. You will build strong relationships with participants, monitor their progress, and support them in achieving SMART Win-Win Goals.

Key Responsibilities

•         Conduct Pre-, Mid-, and Post-Course coaching meetings.
•         Guide participants in setting and achieving SMART Win-Win Goals.
•         Maintain regular communication with participants and mentors (minimum once per week).
•         Monitor participants’ progress and provide coaching support throughout the programme.
•         Ensure coaching sessions meet Leadership Management Malaysia’s standards.
•         Encourage participants to achieve measurable results.
•         Generate resales and referral opportunities through excellent client relationships.
•         Submit coaching reports, referrals, and resales information to the LMM team.
