Job Description

• Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
• Prepare and oversee food preparation, cooking and presentation.
• Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Plan menus, manage food inventory and control food costs.
• Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Chef or Head Chef.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Able to lead, train and manage kitchen staff.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
