Main Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support a policy unit in survey administration, data management, analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and administer survey questionnaires to support research and policy initiatives.
Collect, consolidate, clean, and maintain survey data and related databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze quantitative data across multiple datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards for performance tracking and regular monitoring.
Provide user support by addressing survey-related enquiries and troubleshooting data access or usage issues.
Assist with administrative and operational activities, including meeting coordination, event planning, and other departmental support functions as required.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who can commit to a
12-monthfull-time contract
and are able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Essential Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good numerical aptitude.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to learn new processes quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Comfortable managing large datasets, spreadsheets, and databases with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:
Experience in survey administration, including questionnaire management, respondent support, data collection, and result compilation.
Knowledge of quantitative data analysis techniques, including data cleaning, validation, and use of Excel functions such as PivotTables.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools, such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, an interest in data-driven policy work, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
Location : Tanjong Pagar
Working hours : 9amto 6pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9anm to 5.30om (Friday)
Salary Range : $13.00- $20.00 per hour
