Responsibilities:
Answering and qualifying calls, tickets and emails
Transferring necessary information for handling by level 2 support or another service
Preparing, installing, setting up workstations, printers and phones
Inventory management
Recording incidents using an ITIL framework tool
Requirements:
A university degree in computer engineering / telecommunications or systems & network administration at a technical level is required
ITIL training or equivalent experience in ITIL applications such as Global ServiceNow
Understanding of processes used within ITIL that structure ITS service delivery
Advanced written and spoken English proficiency
Attention to details with good organizational skills, analytical ability and interpersonal skills
