Job Description

To perform on-site preventive maintenance services base on agreed schedule.

To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.

Ensuring that the system under maintenance is performing with an uptime of not less than 98%

Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/sites assigned.

Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery

Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services

Maintain customers install base records

Maintain good working relations with customers

Ensure committed services are delivered and meet customers’ expectations

Assist in meeting monthly team budget and contribution.

Liaise with contractors for installation works

Support Projects and A&A works as required.

Job Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Collaborative and customer-focused mindset to foster strong internal and external relationships
