Job Summary

You will serve as the frontline representatives of the company, playing a crucial role in shaping customers' perceptions and experiences with the brand. Committed to providing excellent service and resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional and consistent customer service to all stakeholders to ensure a positive experience

Manage all correspondence with parents and students regarding class scheduling, updates, and announcements across multiple communication platforms

Resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and retention

Provide administrative support to coaches by managing student assessment exercises, including tabulating data, preparing reports, and delivering results to stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date communication with the coaching team to ensure information consistency

Update and manage student database records and class schedules within CRM systems

Monitor and manage inventory levels for merchandise to ensure availability

Issue term invoices and process merchandise sales accurately and timely

Liaise with building management to address maintenance issues and facility requests promptly

Ensure the academy venue is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times

Handle all correspondence and matters with the Singapore Gymnastics Association professionally

Support management in coordinating smooth operations and event flow for trainings, competitions, and other academy events

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align customer service initiatives and address customer needs effectively

Comply with the company’s child safe sport commitment to ensure a safe environment for all students

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support academy operations
