• Response customer calls and email channels in professional manner
• Provide accurate information
• Handle customer orders and provide all aspects of after-sales support
• Maintain a professional and positive image
• Standard office hours , five-day work week

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Sales Support roles preferred
• IIQE Paper 1 & 2 passed is an advantage
• English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
• Proficient in PC applications
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Self-motivated, responsible, patient, and eager to learn

薪酬： $17,000.00至$18,000.00（每月）
