Position: F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

• Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily work assignments.

• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Train and guide new and existing employees.

• Monitor daily opening and closing procedures.

• Assist with inventory management, stocktaking, purchasing, and food cost control.

• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, operational, and cost-control targets.

• Handle operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry.

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Service Crew, or Assistant Restaurant Manager is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem-solving and team management abilities.

• Responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Candidates with Singapore F&B experience will have an advantage.

• Basic English communication skills are required.
