Perform professional facial and skincare treatments.
Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Operate beauty equipment according to SOPs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
Promote beauty packages and retail products.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Keep accurate customer treatment records.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Attend company training and meetings.
Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
