岗位职责

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from manpower requisition to successful candidate placement.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements before presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, provide market insights, and ensure timely hiring.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers, negotiate where appropriate, and manage the offer acceptance process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment progress, maintain accurate recruitment records, and prepare recruitment reports and hiring analytics.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
  • Undertake recruitment-related projects and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager.
