岗位职责

  • Organize daily shift and set daily targets
  • Manage Full time and Part time crew members
  • Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
  • Able to operate both in kitchen and service
  • Manage the stock ordering & inventory
  • Responsible for the sales and POS
  • Ensure that all equipment of the entire restaurant are fully-functioning
  • Undertake any operation related duties as assigned by the Manager in charge
