We are looking for a passionate and capable C# .NET Backend Web Developer to join our fully remote development team. If you enjoy solving challenging technical problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and continuously learning new technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As part of our development team, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services
• Design, optimise, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Integrate applications with third-party APIs and enterprise systems
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments
• Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
• Experience developing ASP.NET Web Applications, ASP.NET MVC or Web API
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Cloud & DevOps

• AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53, CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancing, and AWS Certificate Manager
• Application deployment and server configuration
• IIS and Windows Server administration

Frontend Technologies

Working knowledge of one or more JavaScript frameworks:

• Angular
• Bootstrap
• React

Additional frontend knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus.

Additional Experience

• Authentication technologies (LDAP, Active Directory, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Single Sign-On)
• Software security best practices
• Enterprise / SaaS application development
