LCH Quantity Surveying Pte Ltd is looking for Quantity Surveyors based in Malaysia.

The company delivers traditional quantity surveying services across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. Under the leadership of Managing Director Sr Natalie Yong, LCH has expanded with offices in South Korea, Timor Leste, and Malaysia to meet evolving demands in the construction industry. LCH has also successfully acquired JIA Quantity Surveyor & Project Managers Pte Ltd in 2021.

Role Description The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for Tender Preparation, Valuation of VOs, Progress Payments, Final Accounts, Attend Consultant and Project Meetings, Prepare Cashflow/Financial Statements, and other relevant Contract Administration Works.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least a diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or equivalent.
