As a Frontend Developer (Vue 3), you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging web experiences for customers seeking motor insurance solutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve building robust interfaces using Vue 3 across two distinct single-page applications, integrating with APIs, and developing internal tools that empower your colleagues. • Build and enhance customer-facing web applications that make comparing and buying motor insurance online faster and more intuitive for users.
• Develop internal dashboards used by the team to track leads, quotes, conversions, and other key metrics essential for business operations.
• Integrate frontend components seamlessly with backend APIs and third-party services to ensure data flows smoothly throughout the platform.
• Collaborate with other team members in a small, lean group where sharing knowledge and supporting each other is highly encouraged.
• Work iteratively by shipping features regularly, responding to feedback from both customers and colleagues to improve the product.
• Switch between two different SPA stacks (Vue 3-based) as needed, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, following through from conception to completion while maintaining reliability and punctuality.
• Contribute to implementing real-time features such as WebSockets when required, enhancing user engagement and responsiveness.
• Assist in analytics or tracking implementation to help measure performance and optimise user experience.
• Participate actively in discussions about product direction, offering insights based on your experience with e-commerce or fintech-adjacent products.

• You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Vue 3 (Composition API, Single File Components), demonstrating proficiency in building production-ready applications.
• You are comfortable working with JavaScript (including basic TypeScript) as well as full TypeScript codebases, enabling you to adapt between different project requirements.
• You possess practical experience integrating frontend applications with real APIs or third-party services beyond portfolio projects.
• You are familiar with SPA stacks including Vite, Vue Router, Pinia, Axios, Tailwind CSS, DaisyUI, Sass, vue-i18n; or Vite, Vuetify 3, Vue Router, Pinia, Tailwind CSS, ECharts, Laravel Echo (WebSocket).
• You are willing to work on-site from the office in Kuala Lumpur during standard office hours (Monday to Friday), showing reliable attendance and punctuality.
• You have your own transportation for commuting due to limited public transport options near the office location.
• You demonstrate dependability by taking ownership of tasks without requiring close supervision while being considerate of shifting responsibilities within a small team.
• You are comfortable collaborating within a lean group where interpersonal skills are essential for success.
• Nice to Have: Experience implementing real-time features via WebSockets (Laravel Echo or similar), exposure to analytics/tracking implementation, background in e-commerce or fintech-adjacent products.
