At Amethyst Partners, a leading recruitment firm specializing in the asset management industry, we are excited to announce an expansion of our team. We are seeking motivated Junior Researchers who are eager to contribute to our dynamic environment. In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive market mapping and targeted headhunting to identify top‑tier active and passive candidates for specialized roles.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through job portals, industry networks, and database searches.
• Monitor industry trends and talent movements across key business sectors to provide timely market intelligence.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against client requirements, cultural fit, and long‑term role commitment.
• Ensure clear, empathetic, and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with consultants to align on target profiles, search strategies, and project timelines.
• Track assignment status, pipeline metrics, and candidate feedback within the CRM to support data‑driven decision making.
• Contribute to market research and talent insights for industry reports and client presentations

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and a positive learning attitude are also welcome.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in direct headhunting, market mapping, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
• High attention to detail regarding candidate documentation and tracking.

Mindset:

• Resourceful, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks across multiple live search projects.
