HTELite is currently seeking passionate Maths teachers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who can effectively teach students for standardized tests in both local and international schools.

Job description:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the education field, with prior knowledge of the British and American curriculum being a significant advantage. We value perseverance, dedication, and flexibility in our teachers.

Requirements:

• Ability to adapt teaching methodologies as needed
• Skill in engaging and motivating students
• Proactive attitude and initiative
• Punctuality and Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with at least 3 years of teaching experience. A PhD or Master's degree in Maths or related fields would be a significant advantage
• Understanding of the concept of tuition centers, where each student is treated as an individual rather than a number
• Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods

Important note:

We are currently hiring only local full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 5,000 SGD to 7,000 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize lesson plans to meet students' needs
• Provide written feedback on student progress
• Create curriculum materials
• Identify and address learning obstacles
• Supervise students during peak hours
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

Work schedule:

• Five or six days a week, depending on candidate availability
• Weekday hours: 09:00 to 20:00
• Weekend hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (lunch and dinner breaks arranged according to schedule)
• Schedule may be subject to changes during school breaks and public holidays
