What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and record daily accounting transactions accurately and documentation.

  • Assist with fund allocation across group entities, including invoice preparation and coordination of the approval process.

  • Support account opening and onboarding processes for banks and payment platforms.

  • Collect and organize KYC and corporate documents.

  • Support daily treasury operations, including fund transfers, payment settlements, monitoring account balances, and transaction statuses.

  • Preparing daily treasury and settlement reports and maintaining payment records and supporting documentation.

  • Manage transaction follow-ups, including pending, rejected, or returned payments, and liaise with internal teams, banks, and payment platforms to facilitate timely resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with established internal approval policies and procedures for all transactions.

  • Perform other treasury-related administrative tasks as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Basic knowledge of banking, payments, or accounting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

  • Good written and spoken English. Additional language skills will be an added advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn about international payments, foreign exchange, IBANs, and digital assets.

  • Able to work responsibly with confidential financial information.
