About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and motivated Resource Planner to join our Resource Planning Department. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating people and resources, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Plan and schedule instructor deployments and daily assignments
Coordinate manpower and resources to ensure smooth daily operations
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Provide daily operational and administrative support
Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met
Follow up with internal departments and stakeholders on work progress
Handle ad-hoc operational duties and planning assignments as required
About you
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in resource planning, operations, scheduling, administration, or a similar field is an advantage
Quick-thinking, resourceful, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and prompt responses
Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
