Overview

This role focuses on delivering wealth management services to corporate and high net worth Japanese clients. The position involves managing existing relationships, acquiring new clients, and growing AUM through targeted engagement and business development.

You will leverage your network and language capabilities to serve Japanese clients both within and outside Japan.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide wealth management services to corporate and high net worth Japanese clients
• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups
• Source and onboard new Japanese high net worth clients to grow AUM and meet revenue targets
• Leverage existing networks of Japanese clients to expand the client base and deepen engagement
• Communicate effectively with clients using strong spoken and written Japanese language skills

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A degree in Business / Banking & Finance or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in sales & marketing within fixed income, equities, banking, or brokerage services
• Experience in relationship management with Japanese clients or corporates
• Good knowledge of equities and fixed income products
• An existing network of Japanese high net worth clients in and outside Japan
• Strong spoken and written Japanese language skills

This role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and product advisory, with a strong emphasis on serving Japanese high net worth clients and expanding AUM.
