Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Executive to support the pre-opening and ongoing HR operations of our hotel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance, leave and HR reports.
• Payroll administration and statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts and other HR correspondence.
• Coordinate employee orientation, training and engagement activities.
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and hotel policies.
• Support manpower planning and other daily HR administrative functions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements.
• Experience with hotel pre-opening recruitment is an advantage.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRa or payroll systems Infotech/HR2000
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other language will be a good advantage.

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
