Job Summary

Manage customer orders and sales administration to ensure timely order fulfillment and coordination with suppliers and internal teams, supporting hydraulic industry sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales calls to accurately take and process orders, ensuring customer requirements are met
• Support sales staff by preparing quotations and assisting with daily sales activities to facilitate smooth sales operations
• Monitor order progress and coordinate with suppliers and factory to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Source components when necessary
• Prepare Bills of Material (BOM) for hose assemblies and verify component availability to support operations
• Generate and manage documentation including delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents to ensure compliance and traceability
• Coordinate internally with workshop and warehouse teams to confirm order completion and delivery readiness
• Execute additional tasks assigned by management related to sales and order functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in customer service
• Experience in the hydraulic industry is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and suppliers
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high accuracy in documentation and order processing
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
