Icon is the world's first AI ad maker. We make winning ads and branded content for some of the fastest-growing DTC and enterprise companies in the world. We're now launching our managed creative/ads services and looking to scale our team aggressively. We're on a mission to become a trillion dollar generational company.

We move fast, work with taste, and stay at the frontier of what's possible with AI in video. If you're a sharp visual storyteller with strong editing instincts, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Edit and create scroll-stopping video ads and branded content using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with strategists and creators to translate creative briefs into high-performance ads
• Edit, style, and structure videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media
• Work with AI-generated content and traditional footage to create compelling narratives

You're Likely a Fit If You

• Have experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Understand pacing, storytelling, and what makes content convert in under 30 seconds
• Have experience editing for social media platforms and paid ads
• Can move quickly, iterate on feedback, and self-manage in a remote environment

Bonus If You

• Have experience editing for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Ads, or UGC-style formats
• Have worked with agencies, creative studios, or in-house content teams
• Are curious about AI tools and willing to integrate them into your workflow
