Job Summary

Support order fulfilment and customer service by managing orders, scheduling deliveries, handling inventory, and preparing sales reports to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up, consolidate, and account for customer orders to ensure accurate fulfilment
• Participate actively in fulfilling customer orders to meet delivery timelines
• Generate delivery orders and schedule delivery and collection to optimize logistics
• Perform inventory management to maintain stock levels supporting purchasing and production needs
• Administer all documents systematically to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Respond promptly and helpfully to customer enquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
• Prepare weekly sales reports and other company-required reports to support business analysis
• Provide general support to office administration to maintain efficient daily operations
