About the role

The Warehouse Analyst role is established to provide data-driven insights and operational analysis that improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. By monitoring inventory levels, analyzing workflow processes, and identifying areas for improvement, the role ensures optimal space utilization, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with company policies and safety standards. This position supports management in making informed decisions, enhances supply chain performance, and contributes to overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective storage, handling, and distribution of goods

• Utilize SAP systems for inventory management, order processing, and tracking of warehouse activities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees

• Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage inventory discrepancies

• Generate and analyse reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics

About you

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse working experience, with a strong background in using SAP systems

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, as required
