Review project specifications and address technical clarifications.
Supervise M&E works and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Interpret contract requirements and M&E specifications to monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements and construction schedules.
Coordinate with the in-house architectural and structural teams to minimise discrepancies.
Prepare material samples and shop drawings for submission and approval.
Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
Assess, prepare, and submit progress claims to project consultants, as well as evaluate subcontractors’ progress claims.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience with a main contractor.
