Junior IT Support & Security Engineer → Security Engineer → Senior Security Engineer

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on and passionate IT candidate to join our technical & cybersecurity team.

This role provides exposure in IT Infrastructure, Network, Server Support and Cybersecurity Projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide L1/L2 IT support & troubleshooting

Support desktop, laptop, software, network & user issues

Assist server, switch, router, firewall & wireless configuration

Support Windows/Linux server administration

Assist Vulnerability Assessment (VA) & Security Assessment activities

Perform security checking, hardening review & vulnerability verification

Support customer site installation, testing, commissioning & UAT

Prepare technical reports, assessment reports & project documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking or related field

Minimum Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification

Basic knowledge in:

* Networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

* Windows/Linux Server

* Firewall & Endpoint Security

* Cybersecurity & Vulnerability Assessment

Good troubleshooting & analytical skills

Good communication & technical documentation skills

Willing to travel to customer/project sites

Fresh graduates with CEH are welcome
