Key Responsibilities
Operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Manage manpower planning and staff rostering across outlets.
Conduct regular outlet inspections and operational audits.
Lead outlet teams to achieve service, quality, and sales targets.
Ensure timely submission of reports and operational documentation.
Handle employee performance management, disciplinary matters, and workforce planning.
Training & Development
Ensure proper onboarding and training of new employees.
Coach and develop employees to improve service quality and operational performance.
Conduct performance appraisals and support career development initiatives.
Sales & Profitability
Drive sales growth and profitability for assigned outlets.
Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans.
Monitor outlet expenses, petty cash, and maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and controls.
Marketing & Brand Standards
Support the rollout of promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Ensure all outlet branding, signage, and promotional materials meet company standards.
Recruitment & Quality Control
Recruit and select employees through a structured hiring process.
Maintain adequate staffing levels across outlets.
Monitor product quality, food safety, and service standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Store Manager/Store-in-Charge, or 3 years' experience as an Area Manager within the F&B industry.
