As a Customer Service Officer / Executive, you act as the primary bridge between BUZUD’s health-tech solutions and end-users. Operating out of BUZUD’s premium retail showrooms, you will provide empathetic, high-touch support to customers and patients (including elderly users). This includes guiding users through product setup, answering inquiries across multiple channels, managing after-sales service, and coordinating leasing logistics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Channel Customer Support & Inquiry Management

• Frontline Engagement: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person showroom walk-ins with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
• Technical & Product Guidance: Provide clear instructions and basic troubleshooting for BUZUD medical devices (e.g., Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGM), oxygen concentrators, ECG smart rings).
• After-Sales Service: Assist customers with order processing, product exchanges, returns, and warranty registrations.
• CRM Record-Keeping: Meticulously log and update customer interaction records and feedback in the CRM system.

2. Retail Operations & Showroom Experience

• Showroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and premium environment on the showroom floor aligned with BUZUD brand standards.
• Hands-on Onboarding: Assist existing customers with device setup, app pairing (connecting hardware to mobile health apps), and sensor calibrations.
• Inventory Control: Monitor retail floor stock, display units, and coordinate timely stock replenishment from the stockroom.

3. Care Coordination & Administration

• Equipment Leasing Logistics: Coordinate oxygen concentrator rentals, delivery confirmations, and collections with hospitals, next-of-kin, and external partners (such as the Agency for Integrated Care / AIC).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support teams to resolve complex customer and software queries.
• POS & Admin: Process cash and cashless retail transactions via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and complete daily filing and administrative tasks.

4. Compliance & Service Improvement

• Data Protection: Ensure strict compliance with PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) regulations when handling confidential patient health records.
• Proactive Recommendations: Identify suitable upselling or cross-selling opportunities (e.g., replacement sensors, test strips, or accessories) where appropriate to support customer care.

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,400.00 per month
