Key Responsibilities
Represent the company professionally and deliver a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business.
Identify new sales opportunities, potential leads, and upselling opportunities.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance expectations.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Recommend suitable products and services based on customers’ requirements.
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently answer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Participate in training and actively identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operations.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the food or F&B industry.
Familiarity with sales-related software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
