1. Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables. Ensure inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and support smooth production operations.

2. Job Description

• Receive and inspect incoming materials.
• Store materials in designated locations using FIFO/FEFO.
• Issue materials to production based on approved requests.
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Perform stock counts and assist in stock take activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
• Prepare materials or finished goods for shipment.
• Report stock discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

3. Job Authority

• Receive and issue materials according to company procedures.
• Update inventory records.
• Report damaged or non-conforming materials.
• Recommend stock replenishment when inventory is low.

4. Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
• 1–2 years of warehouse/storekeeping experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
