HKIRC is also responsible for the on-going liaison with local and international bodies on issues relating to the development and administration of Internet domain name systems. We are looking for highly motivated and independent candidates for the position of:
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and implement corporate events, webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and public engagement activities to promote the organisation’s initiatives and enhance its brand image.
Manage end-to-end event arrangements, including programme planning, speaker coordination, logistics support, and onsite execution.
Serve as a speaker for webinars and small-scale seminars to promote the organisation’s work and public mission.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns, including advertorials, media partnerships, social media, and other publicity channels.
Draft, edit, and proofread communication materials such as press releases, speeches, newsletters, and corporate publications to ensure clarity and alignment with corporate messaging.
Handle publicity and promotion of public mission–related programmes and projects, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Oversee project management, budget control, and reporting for communication and promotional initiatives.
Liaise with media, agencies, and partner organisations to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Support internal communications and staff engagement activities to promote corporate culture and values.
Perform any other ad hoc assignments or special projects as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, event management, or public relations; experience in public organisations or statutory bodies is an advantage.
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese (including Putonghua).
Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
