岗位职责
- Review of all the architectural and structural drawings specifications, schedules and quantities to ensure accuracy and completeness for construction progress.
- Knowledge in CAD/BIM
- Making sure that the entire materials utilized as well as work conducted is according to provisions.
- Create schedules for construction and worker shifts
- Monitor and comply with guidelines and regulations regarding permits, safety, etc.
- Attending coordination meetings organized by client, consultants and main contractor to ensure projects are completed within time frame, budget and optimal quality.
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers etc., monitor performance, workmanship and quality of materials and services.
- To assist project manager in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project
- Travel amongst our various project sites throughout the city
- Provide technical support to other site team members
- Inspection on structural and architectural works to control quality of project.
- Others ad-hoc duties assigned.
- The candidate must have a degree in civil engineering
- The candidate must have a minimum 2 years of experience in Civil, Structure, Architectural
- Must have a positive attitude, be a team player
