We are looking for a

responsible, hardworking and motivated Chef/Cook

to join our team.

Job Requirements

Experience or a strong interest in

Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine

.

Candidates with existing Turkish/Mediterranean cooking knowledge are preferred.

Training will be provided

to the right candidate who is willing to learn.

Able to follow recipes, food preparation procedures and kitchen standards.

Responsible for maintaining

cleanliness, hygiene and discipline

in the kitchen.

Able to work effectively as part of a

team

and cooperate with other kitchen and service staff.

Must be responsible, punctual, reliable and willing to take ownership of assigned duties.

Able to

work under pressure

, especially during busy service periods.

Willing to work

longer hours when required

, depending on business and operational needs.

Physically fit and willing to assist with

receiving, carrying and moving supplier deliveries

, including carrying goods to

Level 2

when required.

Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Training & Development

Full training will be provided

for candidates who have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
